It has a brass frame that has great designs. There are 2 loops one on one side of the back frame and the other on the opposite side of the front frame they could probably be used for a chain if you want to make this a shoulder bag. This porcelain Figurine of Emmett Kelly Jr the clown. This figurine was hand signed by Emmett Kelly Jr in 1994 and is part of a limited edition collection exclusively from Flambro.
